Dementia changes more than memory. It can change relationships, family roles, routines, finances and the plans people thought they had for the years ahead.
On Tuesday 20 October, we came together at our Hawthorn office for Cuppa Time for Dementia, raising funds for Dementia Australia.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, donated or helped spread the word. Your support means a great deal to us.
Through our work at Ageing With Grace Advisory, we meet families navigating the financial decisions that come with changing care needs. We see the love involved, alongside the uncertainty, exhaustion and difficult choices that supporting someone with dementia can bring.
That’s what made this gathering so meaningful. A shared cuppa created space to connect and support a cause that touches so many families.
The cuppas have been poured, but there’s still a goal to reach, and we are so close!
Our fundraising goal: $2,000
Raised so far: $1,805
Still to raise: $195
We’re determined to reach our goal, and we’d love your help getting there.
If you couldn’t join us on the day, you can still make a donation to support Dementia Australia’s work for people living with dementia, their families and carers. A contribution of any size will help us close the gap.
If you’ve already donated, thank you. Sharing our fundraising link with a friend, family member or colleague is another way to help us reach $2,000.
